To book a wedding or baptism you need to contact the Vicar, Fr. Christopher Epps by phone 01872 272630 or by e mail at vicar@trurochurches.org.uk
You will need to see the Vicar to make the arrangements for weddings and baptisms. Baptisms are normally arranged for Sundays at one of our churches during the morning service or at 12.15pm if that is more convenient for you and your family. Baptisms can also take place at Holy Commotion by special arrangement.
Once the initial details have been received by the Vicar you will normally receive a visit from members of our baptism visiting team who will be able to explain what will happen, answer any questions you may have and give you a brochure.
If you wish to be married or have your child baptised and live in the Parish of St. Paul’s you will need to speak to the Vicar to discuss the alternatives available to you following the closure of St. Paul’s church.
If you have moved in to the parish of St. Paul’s with a young family and wish to continue attending church to worship your choices are, Holy Commotion on alternate Wednesdays in term time (see holy commotion website), St. George’s or St. John’s. Attending any of our churches on regular, committed basis will entitle you to a letter from me in support of your application to Archbishop Benson CEVA School. In order for a letter to be provided attendance MUST however, be regular and it is expected that you will play a full part in the life and worship of the church.
