Holy Commotion’ – A Fresh expression of Church!
A kind of ‘Church in the School’!

St. Paul’s Church in the School –

At 6.30pm on alternate Wednesdays during term time, there is a gathering in the hall at Archbishop Benson CEVA School, Truro, for a short, informal act of worship. There are songs, a prayer, a reading and lots of fun! Any and everyone is welcome. If you don’t fancy formal Sunday Church but want to explore the Christian faith in a familiar and ‘safe’ environment, this could be for you.

Simple refreshments of tea and squash, are served after and an opportunity to meet other, like minded people.

The emphasis is on informality, fun, and the involvement of children. We have a regular kids club with activities for them. For full details see our special Holy Commotion website at: www.holycommotion.org.uk

The Parish Church of St. Paul, Truro has closed and so regular attendance at Holy Commotion now equates to attendance at church. We encourage all who attend to play a full part in the life of Holy Commotion and to participate in worshipWe encourage all who attend Holy Commotion to seek baptism for their children if they have not already be baptised or Christened. Whilst the emphasis is on informality we also encourage parents to ensure their children are safe in the school hall.

Fr. Christopher, Parish Priest

St. Paul, St. George & St. John, Truro
